Refund Policy

At Move Well PT, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized physical therapy care right in the comfort of your home. As a mobile, cash-based practice, we strive to make the process as straightforward and convenient as possible. Please read our refund and cancellation policy below to ensure a smooth experience.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to reschedule. However, to respect both your time and ours, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled session fee.

  • No-shows or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.

Please note that due to the mobile nature of our business, we plan our visits in advance to ensure the best possible care. Late cancellations or missed appointments can prevent us from serving other clients in need of therapy.

Refund Policy

As we operate as a cash-only practice, payment is due at the time of service. Please bring the agreed-upon cash payment with you to your appointment.

  • No Refunds for Services Rendered: Once a session has been completed, we do not offer refunds for services rendered.

  • Pre-paid Packages: If you have purchased a package of sessions and need to cancel, we will refund any unused sessions at the same rate as the initial purchase. Refunds for pre-paid packages will be processed within 7 business days.

If you believe there has been an error in billing or charges, please reach out to us within 7 days of the session, and we will review and resolve any issues promptly.

Payment Method

We accept cash payments only at the time of service. Please ensure you have the correct amount on hand when we arrive at your appointment.
